EARLY CHILDHOOD PROGRAMS

Holy Cross Catholic Preschool and Center offers high quality child care and preschool experiences for children 3 months to 5 years old. Our programs are designed to lead the child from wonder to discovery, from investigation to affirmation. The age-appropriate curricular activities enhance the child’s development socially, emotionally, cognitively and physically.
Holy Cross also fosters the spiritual foundation of the child through experiences that develop their relationship with God.

Holy Cross offers a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment with a nationally screened and state-certified professional staff. The optimum concern for the educators at Holy Cross is the care and safety of each individual student. While dedicating themselves to the attention and development of the whole child, the staff also achieves a higher level of knowledge and professionalism by taking professional development courses on an annual basis.

Key to the future success of a child’s education is the solid foundation of developmentally, age-appropriate early childhood experiences. Holy Cross Catholic Preschool and Center offers enriched activities that are children initiated and teacher facilitated.
The school day provides opportunities in language and literacy development; science exploration; music and movement; varied art activities; mathematical concepts; social skills; play and faith development.
These quality educational experiences, combined with an environment that promotes peace, respect and good citizenship, nurtures all aspects in a child’s development. A child experiencing an early childhood foundation at Holy Cross is equipped with the tools to succeed in their future educational lives.
